How to Keep your Stomach Healthy!!!





Keeping a healthy stomach has something to do with what you take in. Some of us do not watch what we eat and in the end suffer the consequences of an unhealthy diet. A healthy diet is one that is complete with all the food groups namely carbohydrates, protein and fats. All of these has to be present in our diet but they must be in  moderate amount. Never over eat nor under eat! Plan your meals and you can do this by making a list of your meals days before you actually prepare them. 


It is also recommended that you eat more at breakfast. Why? It is because we tend to be more active during the day and we get our energy from what we eat in our breakfast. Also, it is recommended to eat small frequent meals. Eating 6 small meals a day will train our stomach to get satisfied with small amount of food thus keeping it small.
